NO CODEC recognized

Hello, I was using some videos on my Lenovo 730-15 with Windows 10 with no problem until today. for some reason that i don't know, today when i try to run a video in format MP4 a window popup with the legend: Fail to load Video file. May be you don't have the codec or file is corrupted. Do you want to remove it from list?. I've been using videos with format avi, mp4 with no problems. According the windows 10 codec review the computer doesn't have any concern. those formats run correctly in windows using any video reproducer file. Could you tell me what is happening? an dhow to resolve this problem?Thanks.
