Thanks for the message.

Could you give us additional info about that issue:

1. Your OS (x86 or x64) - MS Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.x, 10?

2. What Splitcam version do you use?

The last version of Splitcam is here:

viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7712

3. What chat do you use? You can send us the URL via our support email, if you wish.

4. I would like also to see your Splitcam log. How to find it:

viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7413

You can send us the log via our support email, if you wish.

1. I asked you to send me the log of Splitcam

2. We had the same problem after setting the Windows 10 Anniversary Update on OS:

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2202607

The problem went away when after set of the last Windows and Adobe Flash updates.

So, I recommend you to update OS, Flash and your browsers.

We also had the problem if your OS was not activated.

The last Splitcam release 8.0.4.3 is here:

http://splitcamera.com/SplitCamSetup_v8.0.4.3.exe

3. Try to clean caches, history, and cookies of your Firefox and Edge. See Google for details

ok, once again.

If you wish to have working Splitcam, then you should do the followings:

1. If your OS is not activated, please, activate it!!

2. You should set all last updates on your OS. For it use the Windows Settings. I also recommend you to set the option of automatic updates there.
For details, see Windows Help.

3. If you use Firefox, Chrome or other browsers, then update them to the last version.

4. If you use MS Edge or IE in video chats, then read our recommendations here:

viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7441&p=13042#p13042

5. If your chats use Adobe Flash Player, then set the last copy of that Flash. Pay attention - browsers can use a different version of Flash.
This table helps you to understand what version your browser must use:

http://get.adobe.com/ru/flashplayer/abo ... Z&mv=other

6. If you use an antivirus, then you should check Splitcam in its "black" list. The antivirus can block Splitcam, if Splitcam is in this list.

7. Always use the last copy of Splitcam.

http://splitcamera.com/download.html

8. Before chat start open the browser and clean all cookies, caches and history there. Use Google for help. After it the browser asks you permission to share camera. Allow the browser to do it.

9. Before chat I recommend you test Splitcam on this page:

http://kvy.com.ua/my-flash-page/

The test doesn't work for Chrome.

10. If the test went well, then you can try to load your chat.

11. Some video chats, for example, dating, can lock work via a virtual camera (Splitcam and other programs). Read their terms for details.
We solved that problem in the SplitCam v.8.1.1.2 Beta .

12. If you still have problems with Splitcam, then send us its log, how to find it:

viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7413

Hope it helps you.
