Black screen on Splitcam

One of causes can be your antivirus. Many antivirus programs have their own black/white lists (or options) for webcam limit access.
Therefore if after Splitcam start you see a black screen, then stop Splitcam and check our program in that list using the antivirus settings.
For details about webcam protect, see the Help of your antivirus.

In the future we will give a detail instruction how to make it for each antivirus .

There are temporary problems with Avast and AVG with their last updates.
At the moment we are contacting with their support and hope on their right solution.

Now I can offer you the following: remove (temporary) this antivirus and its components from PC (its switching off don't solve this problem) and set another antivirus program, for example, Kaspersky, 360 Security Total and others.

AVG and Avast added Splitcam to the whitelist.
