For better tech support send us the log of SplitCam.
For its finding you can use your Explorer:
1. Open the Explorer
2. Go to a system disk (usually this is C: )
3. In the Address Bar type the path:
For MS Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\[user_name]\Application Data\SplitCam\SplitCam.log
For the other OS:
Replace a [user_name] on your Windows name.
4. Press Enter.
5. The Explorer opens a log in the Notepad.
If the log size is big, then you can send it on our support email.
