Hello,
first of all I would like to know why you deleted my account?
I only have placed normal question related to Avermedia live gamer HD lite support in splitcamera and windows 10. Thank you for your answer. Regards, David

Hi David,
>first of all I would like to know why you deleted my account?
Perhaps this was when we moved a site to the new server. We lost many things there.

Sorry, I cannot find your message. Please, copy it here.
If you had a problem with Win 10, then the last SplitCam 7.4.4.1 is full compatible with this OS.

Re: AverMedia Live Gamer HD lite
Hello and thank you for your super fast reply.
Ok, now I see what happened, no problem.
So I have this settings:
AverMedia Live Gamed HD Lite pciexpress hdmi capture card
machine 1 - windows 7
machine 2 - windows 10
machine 1 - splitcamera 6.6.4.1 everything is working fine except the correct aspect ratio which means that the camera attached is 16:9 but splitcam 6.6.4.1 uses only 4:3 aspect ratio "letterboxed", if I use for example 640x360, it deforms the picture even more. But at least it is working and I can also save snapshots.
machine 2 - splitcamera 7.2.4.1/7.4.4.1 both versions dont show any picture with this capture card no matter what setting I use. Version 6.6.4.1 on the other hand works exactly the same like on machine 1 except the ability of saving snapshots, it seems that it saved the snapshot but it doesnt. I can only save snapshot to a USB stick.
My question is if there is any suggestion to solve my issue please as I would like to use the newer version as the aspect ratio thing works correctly.
Thank you,
best regards,
David
