Hi,

I installed SC 7.2.1.2, and still having the same problems. Flash crashes on Firefox when using SC Filter (my preferred feature) and automatically zooms in and out in SC Driver. AUTOFOCUS is turned off on webcams' drivers. Have 3 computers, and SC works the same on all PCs.

I would suggest one of the staff go to cam4.com, create an account there, and try to broadcast on Firefox (No, we dont want to use Google or other browsers) to know splitcam's compatibility with Flash player when used in Firefox. You dont have to show your face when broadcasting, just please look into the problem.

I know that's too much to ask, but it can help you guys fix the problem. I know u can. We're using Youcam software for now, but if course we'll switch back to SC once the problem is fixed. Thank you.

@ vicul

Used the old version of SC since December, until it stopped working properly in July. Installed SC 7.2.1.2, but still having the smae issues. I use Windows 7. Used SC on 3 computers, AMD and Intel, have 32-bit and 64-bit, but the result is the same on all three PCs. We used SC since December 2014, until the problem occurred in the middle of July 2015, I think. It might be affected by the udpate on Adobe Flash or SC, I don't know. We used SC for broadcasting on cam4.com. Please help.

@Nellee

we tested SplitCam with FF. You were right the issue was with the new Adobe Flash for FF in Win7. We open a ticket on Adobe.
So I offer you to use the other browsers IE or Chrome, as a temporary solution while we will find the solution. I tested their flashes with splitcam and did not met any problem.
Thank you for info,

Done that. FF did not crash, but video freezes after a minute or so. :cry:

@Nellee

1. CPU Loading for broadcast?
2. Adobe flash 18.0.0.232?
3. FF 40.0.2?
4. Test the flash work on http://chatroulette.com/

@vicul

Using Intel and AMD for broadcast
Adobe flash 18.0.0.232
FF 40.0.2
Tested SC Filter on Chatroulette. It works great without freezing. Sadly, not on Cam4.

@SiMcarD

Hi,

Do you mean about SplitCam work with browser & Adobe Flash Player? No problem, the last copy of SplitCam (viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7331) works in Win 10 environment. We tested it with Chrome, Firefox, Opera and IE library (via MS Edge) too. The version of Adobe Flash Player was 19.0.0.185.
However there was a problem with MS Edge & Adobe Flash Player. In Edge environment the Flash did not support DirectShow features. Therefore the Flash detected SplitCam driver but it could not work with it. We informed MS and Adobe about that issue.

I can offer you two solutions:
- to use the other browser,
- or open the page in Edge and call IE via Edge properties.

Let me know if it did not help.

Hi Everybody!

I'm new here and sorry for my English.

I have a problem with Splitcam. It connects to an IP camera with rtsp. The problem is that the video is very often looks like attached picture for 1-2 sec.
VLC and VMix doesn't do that.
I tried on two notebooks and two Splitcam versions and the result is the same.
Is there any suggestion?

@bosmajor

Hi,

1. What versions of SplitCam did you use?

2. The last SplitCam is here
http://forum.splitcamera.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7331

3. Can you send us url of that IP camera for test? If you wish, can use my PM or our support email for it.
